The Reserve is Zoned for Award-Winning Schools

At The Reserve at Clear Lake City, younger residents can look forward to attending school in the Houston area’s highly rated Clear Creek Independent School District. The district has been nationally recognized and is one of the best in the state of Texas.

Families at The Reserve appreciate that excellent schools are close by and focused on helping every child flourish. The master-planned community is zoned for different schools, depending on which neighborhood you live in.

East of El Dorado Boulevard, children will attend:

Brookwood Elementary. Serving Pre-K through fifth grade, Brookwood Elementary is a Leader in Me school and offers a Dual Language Immersion program in addition to core learning subjects. The school earned an A rating from Niche, an independent ratings company. School colors are navy and maroon.

Space Center Intermediate. According to Niche, this highly ranked middle school has more than 900 students who attend grades 6-9. The student-teacher ratio is 14 to 1. The school has a full curriculum of core subjects, athletics, and visual and performing arts. Known as the Cardinals, the school colors are red and gray.

Clear Lake High School (CLHS). Home to the fighting Falcons, Clear Lake High School has earned many accolades for its performance, including recognition as one of the top high schools in the nation by U.S. News, and A+ ratings by Niche and the Houston Chronicle. In 2018, the average SAT score earned by CLHS students was 1201 and the average ACT score was 25.9. In 2019, the school had 21 National Merit Program semi-finalists and four National Hispanic Scholars.

West of El Dorado Boulevard, students will go to:

North Pointe Elementary. This school serves Pre-K through grade 5 and has an A rating from Niche. North Pointe has been named a National School of Character by character.org for exemplifying the 11 traits of character such as caring, honesty, fairness and responsibility. The school mascot is the Rockets.

Clear Lake Intermediate. This middle school serves grades 6-8 and hosts more than 930 students, who are known as Soaring Eagles. The school has a full offering of core curriculum classes, athletics, and visual and performing arts. Niche rates it one of the best-performing schools in Galveston County, giving it a solid A. School colors are red, white and blue.

Clear Brook High School (CBHS). Located in Harris County, CBHS has an enrollment of 2,624 students and serves grades 9-12. The school is a top performer academically and has a Niche grade of A. In 2018, the average SAT score earned by CBHS students was 1118, 50 points higher than the national average of 1068. The mascot is the Wolverines, and school colors are black, red and silver.
